newsroom with the details. good morning. >> it is not clear how the man ended up in the icy water. right now, they don't suspect any foul play. early sunday morning, a woman noticed a break in the ice near stepneys lane and riverton place. dive team started their search. >> i saw a bunch of activity going on over there. >> two shoes were found, one near the shoreline and the other near the break in the ice. five teams recovered the body of a man believed to be in his late 20s. it is not clear how long his body was on the water. >> the body has been taken to the state medical examiner's office in baltimore, and then in conjunction with the county police, we'll hopefully we able to come to a final determination of what happened here today.
